A really good example of what careful planning can produce under a small budget. All three display homes have a different theme. Lot 101 is a low cost simple set-out, Lot 102 has a real modern feel, from the awesome stone cladding on the front of the home through to the carefully chosen plants and gravel margins around the perimeter of the building. Lot 103 is a more traditional tropical theme.
